Sweetheart takes its name from the endearing pet name. It reminds of simplicity and all that is good. It is a very versatile item which can be made short and worn over dresses and high waist bottoms, or made long or oversized for extra comfort. It is a raglan pullover that can be worn all year round due to its airy fabric and comfortable construction. The pullover is worked top-down with neck shaping for a perfect fit and is highly customizable to taste.

Sizes and Measurements

This pattern comes in 9 different sizes. The instructions for each size are colour coded and in the order shown here: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9).
These are the approximate measurements of the finished item:
Bust1: 77 (86.5, 97.5, 107, 116.5) (127.5, 135, 146.5, 155.5) cm / 30¼ (34, 38½, 42, 45¾) (50¼, 54, 57½, 61¼) in

Materials

YARN: DK weight yarn (size 3)
Following amounts are approximate for a cropped jersey with long sleeves:
700 (775, 850, 960, 1040) (1160, 1265, 1405, 1490) m / 765 (845, 925, 1050, 1135) (1265, 1385, 1540, 1630) yds
Following amounts are approximate for a hip-length jersey with long sleeves:
840 (930, 1030, 1155, 1250) (1395, 1515, 1675, 1775) m / 915 (1020, 1125, 1265, 1365) (1525, 1660, 1830, 1940) yds
Sample used Expression Fiber Arts, Dewy DK (70% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Nylon, 10% Silk; 115g / 4 oz; 230 m/250 yds) in colour Brick.
Amounts are approximate and include extra yarn for margin of error and swatching.

Alternative Yarns

Any DK weight yarn will work, but here are some I would recommend:
