DK yarn (size 3)

Approximately 205 (245, 285, 315)(355, 385, 424) m/ 225 (265, 315, 345)(390, 415, 465) yds for a cropped top as shown in schematics.

Every 5 cm / 2 ½ in of added length in the body will add approx 35 (40, 45, 50)(55, 60, 65) m / 35 (40, 45, 50)(55, 60, 65) yds of yarn.

Yarn used in the sample:

Off white sample: Size 4; yarn used is Drops, Belle (53% Cotton, 33% Viscose, 14% Linen; 50g, 120 m / 131 yds) in color Pearl.

Pink sample: Size 5; yarn used is We Are Knitter, The Cotton (100% Pima Cotton, 100g, 212 m / 232 yds) in color Yarnicorn.

Alternative Yarns

Any DK weight yarn will work, but here are some I would recommend based on weight and fiber content:

NEEDLES

5 mm circular needles or size needed to meet gauge.

NOTIONS

Stitch markers (2), stitch holder or scrap yarn to hold stitches (optional), and a tapestry needle.

GAUGE

16 sts x 23 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm of stockinette worked flat after blocking.
